PASCIFY GIFT BAGS
The first 500 people through the doors will receive a gift bag packed with swag. Plus, it will also contain the PASCIFY AUTOGRAPH BOOK. Therefore if you have EE, you will be guaranteed a bag. There will be spare gift bags available to purchase on the day, but we will also have FREE swag tables positioned around the venue.
CARER TICKETS
If you need assistance getting around the venue, then you are eligible to purchase a carer ticket for your carer/companion.
We have added 50 carer tickets to the ticket site. If these sell out, we can offer more on a case by case basis. We trust our guests and don’t want to have to implement too many checks, but if you are in possession of one of the following, then you are eligible to bring a companion along at the reduced ticket price of £10:
- Blue badge
- Access card with companion symbol
- Letter saying you are in receipt of PIP or DLA
- Any other evidence of disability (printed or digital document)
Carers must be over 16 and capable of assisting you around the venue.
The carer accompanying you will gain entrance to the venue at the same time as you, regardless if you buy an EE or GA ticket.
YOUNG PEOPLE
Babes in arms are allowed to visit the venue with you. If you need a room or space to breastfeed/feed your baby, we have a private, quiet staff room available.
PASCIFY like our other event will be busy and we want to make sure everyone gets the most out of their day. PASCIFY at its heart is an escapist paradise for adults; it is a place where we can forget all our worries and cares for the day! We apologise for any disappointment, but it has been decided that for children under 12, this event is not suitable and only children 12 and over may attend PASCIFY. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 must also be accompanied by an adult. This is for their protection and also because at a busy event, sometimes children can become overwhelmed and it is safer if they are accompanied by an adult.
Anyone between the ages of 12 and 15 at the time of the event is eligible for a Youth Ticket at £10. If your child is coming into the event with you, then they will be able to gain entry to the venue at the time stated on your ticket. So if you buy EE they get in earlier with you; if you buy GA, they will come in with you at the later time.
Everyone 16 and over must purchase either an EE or GA ticket to attend PASCIFY. 16s and over do not need to be accompanied by an adult.
PASCIFY welcomes over 12s (babes in arms allowed, but toddlers who might get lost or injured are not – we really, really want adults to come and find escapism at our event)
RESALE
Tickets are non-refundable, but if you later discover you’re unable to attend, you can try to resell your ticket at face value (subject to checks). Please don’t get caught out by fraudulent touts. We can manually change the name(s) on tickets.
MEET AND GREET
These will go on sale very soon and anyone possessing a Saturday daytime ticket will be prioritised for one of these.
